Grace is an associate in Seward & Kissel’s Corporate Finance Group. Prior to joining Seward & Kissel, Grace worked as an associate in the structured finance group of another internationally-recognized law firm. Grace works on a wide variety of structured financing transactions, including collateralized loan obligations, secured credit facilities, securitizations and warehouse lending facilities.
Grace received her B.A. from Hartwick College and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Albany Law School.
