On May 7, 2015, Seward & Kissel LLP (“S&K”) client Navig8 Crude Tankers Inc. (“Navig8 Crude”) announced the completion of its merger with General Maritime Corporation, which has been renamed Gener8 Maritime Inc., or Gener8, to form a leading U.S.-based provider of international seaborne oil transportation services.
