Practices
Noga Benmor-Piltch is an associate in the Business Transactions Group. She concentrates her practice on mergers and acquisitions, routinely representing public and private companies on both the buy and sell side, as well as equity financings and venture capital, with an emphasis on emerging companies. Noga’s practice also covers a broad range of general corporate matters, including corporate formation and corporate governance.
Noga received a B.A. from Barnard College and a J.D. from Cornell Law School, where she served as an editor of the Cornell Law Review.
