Job Description: Finance Associate (3-5 years experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Law Associate specializing in Finance with experience on commercial paper, asset-backed or other note issuance programs to join our renowned law firm. You will play a crucial role in our Structured Finance practice group, providing legal counsel and support to clients involved in commercial paper programs, loan facilities and other structured finance transactions. This position requires a deep understanding of commercial paper and note issuance programs, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to navigate complex financial transactions.

Skills:

Proficient in handling finance transactions, including commercial paper and note issuance programs.
In-depth knowledge of applicable regulations and laws relating to such programs, including the Securities Act and the Exchange Act.
Skilled in reviewing and analyzing documentation relating to finance transactions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively advise clients on such matters.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
3-5 years of experience in finance, with experience working on commercial paper programs, asset-backed programs and/or other note issuance programs.
Deep understanding of market practices and relevant legal frameworks.
Strong understanding of financial concepts, credit analysis, and financial markets.
Exceptional analytical abilities and attention to detail.

Salary: $260,000-$365,000/year
