Kevin Cipolli is an associate in the Business Transactions Group. Kevin represents public and private companies, investment management firms, private equity and venture capital sponsors, portfolio companies and business owners in connection with a variety of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, joint ventures and general corporate matters.
Kevin received a B.S. from Cornell University in 2012 and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2016, where he served as a Senior Staff member of The Tax Lawyer.
