Partner Jack Yoskowitz presented opening remarks at the Her Justice Commitment to Justice Awards event on Thursday, February 6th. He announced that Seward & Kissel is the first signatory to a new Her Justice initiative called The Supreme Court Project that is designed to expand its capacity to serve more women in need with complex, litigated divorces. As a participant in this effort, Seward & Kissel commits to have at least five of these cases on an ongoing basis.
