Sonita Bennitt is a partner in Seward & Kissel’s Tax Group.
Sonita’s practice includes advising clients on tax issues in connection with the formation and operation of private investment funds, real estate joint ventures and real estate investment trusts.
Prior to joining Seward & Kissel, Sonita was counsel in the Tax Department at Goodwin Procter LLP.
Sonita received a B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania and both an LL.M. in Taxation and J.D. from New York University School of Law.
