Partner and Head of the Maritime and Transportation Finance practice Michael Timpone will moderate a panel titled, “The Future of Ship Finance Banking,” at the 2024 Marine Money Week on June 25 in New York City.

The panel will focus the combination of Basel IV and decarbonization considerations that mean low-cost commercial bank debt won’t be available to every owner and “bulge bracket” shipping banks that still set the market for ship finance.
