Seward & Kissel Promotes Kris Swiatek to Partner

New York—January 7, 2025—Seward & Kissel LLP is pleased to announce that Kris Swiatek has been promoted to partner, effective January 1, 2025.

Andrew Robertson, a member of the Corporate Group, brings nearly two decades of experience to the firm’s structured finance practice, with a focus on broadly syndicated collateralized loan obligations. As an associate at other firms and a vice president of the U.S. CLO Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co., Robertson spearheaded dozens of complex finance transactions, and he boasts experience in deals originating in both the U.S. and Europe. Robertson is admitted to practice law in New York, Maryland, and the District of Columbia and is admitted to the rolls as a solicitor of England and Wales. He received his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law and M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management.
