The Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) recently revised the rules related to survey reporting requirements for Form BE-11 and certain other forms. In the future, only persons notified by the BEA of an obligation to complete a survey on the forms will be required to respond to the survey. Accordingly, clients who do not receive a notice of the survey from the BEA will not be required to complete the survey.
