Bruce G. Paulsen delivered a paper (co-authored by associates Paula Odysseos and Kassandra Savicki), which was published in Tulane Law Review in the Spring of 2007, entitled Rough Seas Ahead: Analysis of Public Markets Financing of Shipping Ventures and the Impending Wave of Shipping Securities Litigation. He also led a panel on the same subject at the Tulane Admiralty Law Institute in New Orleans.
