The program provided a forum for leading policymakers, scholars, and influential personalities in city government to debate issues that are currently making headlines. This inaugural seminar focused on issues of campaign finance that are unique to New York City. The panelists have special expertise on New York City’s campaign finance law and on raising campaign money for incumbents and challengers – whether publicly or privately financed.
