Mary Walls is the Chief Talent Officer at Seward & Kissel. Mary joined the Firm in 2012 and is responsible for the human resources functions for both legal and non-legal staff. She has extensive leadership and management experience in the legal industry. Mary’s diverse human resource expertise includes employee relations, employee recognition, performance and talent management, training and development, coaching, compensation management, employment law and compliance, deferred compensation, policy development and administration. Mary is actively involved with the Firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee and the Women’s Initiative Committee.
Mary received a B.S. with a concentration in Human Resources Management, magna cum laude, from Adelphi University. Prior to joining Seward & Kissel, Mary was the Human Resources Manager at Schulte Roth & Zabel.
