Practices
Meg Keating is an associate in the Corporate Finance Group. Meg’s practice focuses on the representation of U.S. and international lenders and borrowers in connection with secured loans and other financing transactions. She has also represented both foreign and domestic sellers and purchasers in vessel sales. Meg’s experience in general corporate work includes matters ranging from the organization and formation of various business entities, redomiciliation matters, and mergers and acquisitions.
Meg received a B.A., cum laude, from Boston College and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
