Seward & Kissel partners Jim Cofer and Debbie Franzese will speak at the AIMA Hong Kong: Double Header Event on June 6th in Hong Kong.  The event will cover updates on LIBOR and US Regulatory developments.

Jim and Debbie will speak on a panel titled, “Latest US Regulatory Developments – what you need to know.”   The panel will cover the regulatory and tax issues in the US that would be the most relevant to start up and existing managers in Hong Kong.
