Hours: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Salary range: $100k- $125K
Summary
The Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Firm’s Windows Server and cloud infrastructure. This includes managing backups, users, performing regular system updates and upgrades, and infrastructure maintenance, as well as monitoring and responding to system alerts and outages. The candidate will also provide technical support to end-users and collaborate with other IT members to resolve system-related issues.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support and maintain M365 suite as well as on-premises physical and virtual Microsoft Windows Server environment.
• Configure and maintain Entra ID and on-premises Microsoft Active Directory/domain services.
• Troubleshoot cloud hosted Exchange Online environment and mail routing leveraging Egress and Mimecast.
• Manage and optimize virtualized computing environment, including VMWare and Azure platforms.
• Troubleshoot networking issues involving switches and firewalls. (Cisco and Palo Alto).
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance across multiple platforms, including server, storage, and network.
• Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft networking infrastructure including DNS, DHCP, AD Sites and Services, Group Policy, AD Users and Computers.
• Regularly perform system updates and patch management to keep systems secure.
• Manage Dell Compellent Storage Area Network.
• Regularly perform data backups and ensure backup integrity, including maintaining disaster recovery plans.
• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve network-related issues.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and policies.

• Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365
• Mail routing, tracing, tracking, and troubleshooting
• PowerShell Scripting
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• 1-3 years of experience (or comparable IT experience)
• Excellent communication skills required since interfacing with other teams, vendors and end users is typical.
• A service-oriented mindset will do what it takes to get the job done correctly.
• The ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously with minimum oversight.
• Must be available to work remotely or on-site for off-hours maintenance when needed.
• Eager to learn, pick up innovative technologies easily and can become proficient in a brief time.
