Taxation partner Brett Cotler will speak on a panel titled, “Asset Management Panel: Post-Election Tax and Regulatory Landscape,” at a networking reception hosted by BDO and alterDomus on November 14.

The reception will focus on the analysis of the key tax and regulatory priorities of the incoming administration and Congress, specifically as they impact asset management. Panel topics will include items such as TCJA expiration as well as potential proposals regarding tax rates, carried interest, and other provisions impacting investment funds, fund managers, and portfolio companies.
