Bruce Paulsen Quoted in IBA Article

Partner and co-head of Seward & Kissel’s Litigation & Investigations Group and head of the Sanctions Practice Group Bruce Paulsen was quoted in an International Bar Association (IBA) article titled, “Russia’s shadow fleet: a growing threat.”
“The rise of the shadow fleet calls into question whether the oil price cap was an effective policy decision. The price cap policy itself did create a division between operators who play by the rules and this parallel infrastructure,” said Bruce.
