Seward & Kissel Represents Heidmar Inc. in Connection with its Business Combination with MGO Global Inc.

On February 19, 2025, Heidmar Maritime Holdings Corp. (“Heidmar Maritime”), completed its business combination with Heidmar Inc. (“Heidmar”) and MGO Global Inc. (“MGO”), which resulted in each of Heidmar and MGO becoming wholly-owned subsidiaries of Heidmar Maritime. As a result of the business combination, Heidmar Maritime commenced trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market at market open on February 20, 2025 under the ticker symbol “HMR.” Seward & Kissel is pleased to have represented Heidmar Maritime and Heidmar in connection with this maritime M&A transaction and public listing.

Heidmar is an Athens-based commercial and pool management business servicing the crude and product tanker market. With operations in Athens, London, Singapore, Chennai, Hong Kong and Dubai, Heidmar seeks to offer vessel owners a “one stop” solution for all maritime services in the crude oil, refined petroleum products and dry bulk shipping sectors.
