Seward & Kissel Represents Kennedy Lewis on Closing of Kennedy Lewis Capital Partners Master Fund III LP at $4.1 Billion of Commitments

Seward & Kissel advised Kennedy Lewis Investment Management in the formation and fundraising of Kennedy Lewis Capital Partners Master Fund III LP (“Fund III”) and its associated parallel and co-investment vehicles (together, “Fund III”). Fund III closed on $4.1 billion in capital commitments, exceeding its original target of $3 billion,  with strong support from a diverse set of investors including pension plans, asset managers, sovereign wealth funds and foundations and endowments. Fund III will pursue a variety of opportunistic credit opportunities and will primarily invest in public and private debt and debt-like securities throughout North America and Europe.
