Practices
Noelle Indelicato is a partner in the Investment Management Group. Noelle regularly advises fund sponsors and managers of private investment funds and other pooled investment vehicles, including hedge funds, private equity funds, private credit funds, venture capital funds and various hybrid funds in connection with their formation, structuring, capital raising and ongoing operational needs and on regulatory and compliance matters. Noelle also has broad experience structuring and negotiating co-investment vehicles, managed accounts, “funds of one” and other strategic relationships.
She received a B.A. from Boston College, summa cum laude, and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, cum laude.
Noelle was recently recognized by IFLR 1000 as a “Rising Star” in the practice areas of Hedge Funds and Private Equity Funds.
