Business Transactions Group partner Nick Katsanos will moderate a panel for the 31st Annual HACC-NACC Shipping Conference titled, “M&A- Consolidation in the Industry,” and will be held on February 5, 2025.
Each year the conference focuses on a specific theme of importance to the global maritime industry, with panels and speakers discussing and debating cutting-edge issues in the rapidly changing sector. The theme of this year’s conference is “Staying Afloat in a Dangerous World.”
