Associate Jeff Dine authored an article in Intellectual Property Magazine titled, “Full Surrender: Fullscreen Settles Music Lawsuit.”

Mr. Dine discusses a recent copyright infringement case brought by the National Publishers Association against Fullscreen, which is part of an effort by music publishers to enforce licensing requirements against commercial YouTube users and the multi-channel networks that support and develop them.
